This session is designed to help accelerate your rehabilitation and keep you progressing towards full function.

Physio session with Mohammed- session was tailored perfectly to my needs and my pain tolerance. I was given not only treatment but preventative exercises also. Will be returning regularly.

I went to Jade as I had injured myself playing netball. The right side of my right thigh was hurting and some days getting into my car was difficult. I went to Jade for one session and I felt so much better the next day, I was back to playing netball!

Ellie has been doing a great job getting rid of 2 very persistent knots in my back.
Although at the start of our sessions I felt a bit awkward, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Highly recommended.
